Hon. Jaha Ahmadu Usman was born on February 2nd 1974, in Borno State. Hon. Jaha is a second-term Member of the House of Representatives in the 10th National Assembly, representing the Damboa / Gwoza /Chibok Federal Constituency of Borno State on the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Hon. Jaha was a Member of the Borno State House Of Assembly from 2007 to 2015 and was later appointed the Commissioner for Higher Education in Borno State from 2015 to 2018.
