Born June 8th, 1978 in Malabu District of Fufore Local Government Adamawa State. The Lawmaker is currently serving his first term as an Honourable Member representing the Fufore / Song Federal constituency in the House of Representatives for the 10th National Assembly under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC)
The lawmaker was a former ALGON Chairman of Adamawa State and Executive Chairman of Fufore Local Government.
Hon. Boya served as personal assistant to Senator Bello Tukur from 2011-2014 and Sen. Bindow Jibrilla executive governor of Adamawa state in 2015.
